bet your mouth is watering! We have been eating wild strawberries which we found in garden (moved last year and they were not out last summer) for the last week although main crop are about a week away from being ripe.
No wonder they call June the month of the Strawberry Moon. How glorious!!!
Keith – I may have gotten a little over-excited by the arrival of the first strawberry. I told everybody in the shop, can’t wait to eat them.
Louise – they’ll be even more glorious when they’re eaten with balsamic and mascarpone:)
